Meadow Flower Honey
Harvested from a variety of flowers like dandelion, clover, thyme, and wild geranium, this honey has a golden hue and a rich, sweet taste. Its delicate floral notes and smooth, slightly tangy finish make it a treat for the senses. Packed with antioxidants and health benefits, this honey is perfect for boosting immunity, soothing colds, aiding digestion, and enhancing wellness. Enjoy it straight from the jar or add it to teas and recipes for a wholesome, delicious treat!
Buckwheat Honey
Harvested in September 2024, buckwheat honey boasts a dark colour and rich flavour. Packed with antioxidants, minerals, and iron, it offers a bold, robust, and sharp taste. Often described as "heavy", with caramel-like notes and a dense, rich flavour, this honey has a distinctive aroma—slightly astringent, reminiscent of the bark of an old oak tree. With the highest iron content among honey varieties, it’s ideal for making sauces or spreading on toast.
Wildflower Honey
Harvested in July 2024, our wildflower honey features a sweet, delicate, and soft taste that evokes the classic honey experience. It has no excessive bitterness and leaves a long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste, with distinct herbal and floral notes. The flavour, colour, and texture may vary from season to season, depending on the nectar source. It can range from light yellow to golden, delicate caramel, or even deep amber shades. Perfect for your toast, smoothies, or porridge.
Spring Flower Honey
Light, creamy, and mildly sweet with subtle floral notes and a distinctive hint of bitterness, spring flower honey offers a mild but noticeable depth of flavour. Milky-white to yellowish, it has a thick and creamy texture. It is denser than other honey types and crystallises quickly due to its high glucose content, making it ideal for adding to coffee or tea, as it doesn’t alter the taste.
Forest Honey
Forest honey has a delicate flavour with a pleasant, distinctive, and slightly tart note. Its colour can vary from light yellow to rich brown. With over 75% glucose and fructose, it matures well and retains its quality for a long time when stored properly. Perfect on toast, in smoothies, porridge, or for making sauce, this honey is as versatile as it is delicious.
Raw Honey Set (370g x 2)
- Premium Quality
Enjoy honey the way it’s meant to be—free from artificial additives, unprocessed, and packed with nutrients. Our honey is raw and unpasteurised, preserving its natural enzymes and antioxidants for maximum wellness benefits. The composition of honey is always unique, as it depends on the blooming of various plants, but its key components include Vitamins (B, C, and K), Carotene, Folic acid, Minerals (Iodine, Manganese, Phosphorus), Phytoncides, Saponins, and Essential oils. By avoiding filtration and pasteurisation, our honey may naturally contain macro particles of pollen, wax, and propolis. Our products are lab-tested to meet raw product standards and are guaranteed to be free from GMOs.
- 100% Natural
It’s normal for raw honey to crystallise over time, developing a creamy or grainy texture. Frosting may also appear as small white marks caused by trapped air bubbles. These are natural characteristics of unprocessed honey and don’t affect its quality or taste. Once crystallised, honey becomes denser and lighter in colour, ranging from sunny yellow to creamy brown, like coffee with milk. The crystallisation time depends on the nectar composition, with higher fructose content leading to faster crystallisation (from two weeks to six months).
- Care Storage and Recommendation
To keep your honey at its best, store it in a cool, dry, and dark place (0°C–20°C), ensuring the lid is tightly closed. This helps prevent moisture and preserves the honey’s rich flavour and texture. For optimal use, adults can enjoy 100–150 grams of pure honey daily, provided there are no contraindications. Children over three years old can enjoy this natural treat by mixing it into tea, water, fruits, or porridge. However, those with known allergies or specific medical conditions should consult a doctor before consuming.
